For a high-profile international event on 25 May 2025, WMH Project from Paris entrusted Stella Agency with the complete hospitality deployment in Amsterdam. The event took place at two iconic venues: the Nhow Hotel and the RAI Convention Centre.
Client Séveryne Compan, Project Director at WMH Project, engaged Stella Agency to provide a team of bilingual hostesses and a professional make-up artist, aiming for a seamless welcome for a select group of speakers, guests, and performers.
Our hostesses welcomed guests at the hotel, assisted with luggage and key handovers, facilitated the transition to the RAI, and were responsible for tasks such as badge distribution and guest guidance. The make-up artist ensured a fresh, presentable appearance for guests during their performances and presentations in the morning hours.
