During the International Forum on Quality and Safety in Health Care 2025, organised by BMJ Group and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) at the Royal Jaarbeurs in Utrecht, Stella Agency was proud to provide full hospitality services.
With a team of around 30 experienced hosts and hostesses, we were responsible for welcoming delegates, managing registration and information desks, and guiding speakers and attendees. This high-impact global event brings together thousands of healthcare professionals from over 50 countries each year, working towards safer, more effective healthcare.
