We chose to work with Stella Agency for the European Respiratory Society (ERS) Annual Congress in September 2025, which took place over five days.
Stella Agency provided more than 180 hosts and hostesses per day, with responsibilities including badge printing, staffing the information desk, badge checking, and registration support. All team members were highly professional and proactive throughout the entire event.
From the very first contact, we had a great experience with the account managers, who were always helpful and available — before, during, and after the congress. It was a wonderful collaboration, especially thanks to Shelley and Tim!
Onsite, we were fortunate to work with outstanding supervisors, who handled every challenge efficiently and consistently provided solutions.
Our colleagues at ERS were very pleased with the team’s professionalism, which contributed to a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere during the congress.
Overall, the quality and coordination exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to working with Stella Agency again for future events.
