In December 2024, Stella Agency had the honor of providing hosts and hostesses for the prestigious Herbalife: 2024 Europe & Africa Future President’s Team Retreat at RAI Amsterdam. This special event brought together Herbalife’s top distributors from across Europe and Africa for inspiring training sessions, networking opportunities, and celebratory gatherings.
The RAI Amsterdam, located at Europaplein, provided the perfect setting for this large-scale international event. With 12 state-of-the-art halls, 70 flexible conference and meeting rooms, two auditoriums, and an impressive ballroom with a capacity of up to 1,974 guests, the venue was the ideal backdrop for the retreat’s diverse activities.
Our team played a crucial role in ensuring the event’s success. We managed guest reception and registration with efficiency and warmth, while our supervisors oversaw the overall coordination and organization, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Our staff also handled seamless access control during the sessions and activities, and during the President’s Dinner and Farewell Party, our ushers guided guests and made sure everyone felt welcome and comfortable.
