In September, we had the privilege of providing full hostess and stand crew for the ???????????????? ???????????????????????????? ???????????????? at RAI Amsterdam, Europe’s largest congress in the field of dermatology and venereology. The event brought together more than 650 speakers and over 17,000 participants from all over the world. The congress offered a diverse programme with more than 180 scientific sessions on topics such as skin cancer, acne, psoriasis and sexually transmitted diseases.
After an extensive tender process, Stella Agency was chosen as the congress’ official partner for hostess requirements. On a daily basis, we were able to deploy over ???????????? hosts, supplemented by over ???????? hosts at various stands, to assist with visitor registration, reception, stand support, information provision and more.
This was one of the largest staffing projects to date for Stella Agency, with more than 200 hosts daily, a project team on site and a back-office team on standby for support consisting of planners, administration and management.
