Stella Agency had the opportunity to support the International Dealer Experience (IMDE) and Product Launch Training (PLT), plus influencer days for BMW Mini, the premium car brand, organised in Rotterdam during April and May this year. This was the biggest product launch in MINI’s history, and the team at Stella Agency worked closely with our international client Die Favoriten, MINI and the BMW Group, supporting both in front of and behind the scenes to ensure that all aspects of this event were executed professionally, smoothly, and according to plan. The event included a driving experience, a dealer convention, sharing the MINI story, and the unveiling of the new MINI family with five new models.
Over a six-week period in April and May, Stella Agency showcased its talent in event and project management with a dedicated professional project team, team leaders, hostesses and hosts, support staff, a dedicated recruiter and a recruitment campaign specifically focused on this MINI event. Our dedicated and hands-on planning team organised and planned staff assignments, logistics and timelines, and delivered more than 52 professional hostesses and hosts per day in and around the Amsterdam and Rotterdam areas. The event was a huge success, with excellent feedback from guests, MINI, BMW Group and Die Favoriten.
